Shipping & Delivery

In general, we will ship your order within the specified time after receiving it, or please refer to the shipping terms indicated on the specific product.

After shipping, we will send you an email with the tracking number. You can track the delivery status by clicking the link and tracking number in the email.

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 business days so that we can promptly file a claim with the courier company and resolve the issue.

Once we receive the delivery proof from the shipping company, we will consider it as evidence that the goods have been received.
