Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return or if you have any questions regarding returns, please contact us at sales@alsavo.com. In your email, please include proof of purchase and a brief description of the reason for the return to help us improve our services.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you return instructions, including how and where to send your package. The item, including all related accessories (if applicable), must be shipped within 14 days after we approve your request.

If you fail to return the item to the seller within 14 days after we approve your cancellation request, your cancellation request will be voided.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns not due to product quality issues, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchange

The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Despite the above provisions, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, we will automatically process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require some time to process and post the refund.
