I am never going to by anything plastic for my water system. This splitter is brass and comes with rubber sealing washers and teflon tape to ensure there are no leaks. The on-off balls were a little hard to turn the first time, but after they moved, they turned without a problem. I am very pleased with the splitter.

I would give this 5 stars but the valve levers are too small. They are stiff and the small size makes them hard to turn. But it seems like a good unit. It came with 2 rolls of teflon tape and a bunch of rubber washers.

I find it's always a pleasure to work with quality hardware. This heavy brass connector comes with plumbers tape too, which is a nice feature.Upgrade your hardware to brass levers, as you will find the plastic ones, sooner or later break up. You won't ever regret it.There's a saying I read over 50 years ago and still persists in my head:"The sweetness of low price is long forgotten, once the bitterness of poor quality remains"These are forever.

I love this. It makes watering the garden and yard and filling up the watering can for flower baskets so much easier. Very sturdy, heavy,,well made. No leaks so far. Also came with a roll of plumber tape
