1. Add 500ml water 

2. Insert the USB cable in the backpack into the power bank

3. Put the power bank into the strap

4. Put on the cooling clothes and adjust the tightness

5. Start the power supply and start using

Draining steps: Pour out the water in the water bag first. Note that the water in the cooling sheet cannot be drained completely, you need to start the power supply and turn on the water pump to run idly to discharge the water (exhaust water is discharged by injecting air).
